Unified Housing Foundation, Inc. (UHF) is a non-profit organization that offers quality, affordable apartment homes for low to moderate-income individuals and families at over twenty communities throughout Texas. We offer a range of programs and social activities to enrich our communities and our residents’ lives!

In 2006 alone, UHF helped over 2,300 residents with affordable housing discounts, senior discounts, or financial assistance. Because of our Affordable Housing Program, we were able to help approximately 1,700 residents with monthly rent discounts. We gave approximately $41,000 per month in rent rebates to over 550 seniors. Our Financial Assistance Program helped 206 deserving families with $100,587 in financial assistance. We provided 5300 residents with after school programs, ESL, and resident activities too numerous to count.
